Dottie co-existed with cats quite nicely today, be it lounging on the bed with Penny or romping in the woods with Grayson. She defended us from the fearsome horses when they were turned out (outside the corral they seemed a whole different beast than inside the corral.) She played stick tug with Noche. She mastered the dog door. And most importantly, she came running to me like a speeding bullet when I whistled for her, 99.5% of the time (the half percent was a bit of resistance when she was protecting us from the horses.) What a good girl!

What a darling dog. I love her name, Dottie … fits her very well. Ahhh another member of a wonderful family. May 2007 be full of delight, even more love, rivers, grand weather, fablous health and happiness.
