Some folks have grandkids. We have granddogs. Steve met our new one yesterday but I have only just now seen her photo. Her name is Bella and she is 9 weeks old. She came from a family of eleven, via the same rescue agency through which we got Ginger, and I gather her parentage is a bit of a mystery. Next weekend, she (and Guinness) will stay with us while new parents, Westi and Mike, go camping. Guinn hasn’t figured out what he thinks about all of this but I can’t wait!

Bella is a cutie! Looks like she will be big.
My great grand dogs/cats are increasing fast.
I love it.
Wow, she is adorable! So a new job wasn’t just enough stress for Wes but now a new “kid” too! She and Mike are better folks than Shaun and me. Have fun with her next weekend Laura!
Yes, it’s true. I thought I just needed to add a little more “work” to my full plate. =) Actually, my hope is that she and Guinness will be great companions for one another (thereby decreasing doggy guilt), and truthfully she has been the first and only thing to get my mind off of work in the last two weeks.
Awwwww. So sweet. Lucky little puppy:0)
So good to have you back, Cathy. I visited your site this morning and realized that I should make time to go there more often. The beautiful water images led me to another site which led to another site with Pacific Northwest Canoeing info. Just what we’ve been looking for, even thinking of doing ourselves. You just never know where things will lead on the Internet! The only shortage is time!
Hey, Wes and Mike, Aunt Dude loved the photo of
your new one. She is partial to shepards and has had two in the past. I am sure Guinn will
like the company soon as long as he gets his
fair share of attention. love you all
Sadly, Bella came down with Kennel Cough and in order to protect our dogs from another exposure, Mike and Westi took her along on the camping trip. She’s doing fine but I missed out!
