Shelly & Jill were both very excited to return to school this week. Jill quickly got reacquainted with friends and is going to be a room helper (room TBA). Shelly was beaming with pride today when I picked them up from school as she was selected as a Captain of the Safety Patrol. Shelly has had a big week with starting 6th grade, being named Captain and turning 11 tomorrow.

Congratulations Shelly and Congratulations Jill! Wow what a great first week! I am glad the first week back to school was fun and exciting.
I am in my second week of being back in 2nd grade and I am having fun too. We don’t have safety patrols at our school – no one walks home, they can only ride the bus or be picked up!
