Dad caught a great shot of Shelly marching in the Thanksgiving Parade last weekend (didn’t they used to do it ON Thanksgiving?!)
Yes, in Detroit they do a Thanksgiving parade on
the day. We were at Wyandotte’s parade to bring
Santa to town. No one got good photo of Jill. We
didn’t even see her and Steve’s was not good. Poor
kid was marching with a french horn! Shelly was
with Wilson Junior High Band. All the elementary
schools kids in Wyandotte march together in one
band. Mike is an elementary band teacher now in
Wyandotte. He was leading band with all the
orchestra kids playing percussion instrutments.
It was a nice day for a parade! Happy Thanksgiving! love ya
