I am pleased to say that this New Year’s Day was filled with friends and puppy love rather than, like last year, feverish misery and emergency surgery. It was a good start. And now we are in it. School and work. And thankfully, puppies to remind us to keep our resolution to have more fun.

Cute puppy!
Happy New Year.
Oh, and speaking of more fun… Thanks for our fun toys. I can honestly say the cats do not like the monkey scream! The ducks are cool. Thanks for thinking about us ans sending them.
Love ya,
Michele
Oh, Laura – these pictures shake my resolve. After losing both dogs within a month of each other two years ago – I’ve asked my husband to think long and hard before we dive in again. At 60, I just don’t have quite the energy I use to and the grief was pretty rough. So – we’ve got an agreement. We’ll keep the issue on a back burner until he retires from his 30 year practice of radiology. He wants to work two more years. Then I hope he’ll settle for a smaller breed. We’ll see. Currently I content myself by enjoying the sweet pictures and accounts of other people’s fur-kids. (and an occasional visit from friend’s pups) Looks like you’ve got the sweetest ever. Great picture.
A Danish Swedish Farm Dog would be perfect for you, Cathy!! They are big dogs in little bodies. I don’t think there are any in Ohio yet, either!
I made the mistake of showing your pictures to my husband :0) and another dog-loving friend. Everyone was smitten.
