WOW! I have been thinking about them alot here in Costa Rica. I hear that many Americans are buying houses in the south, in the mountains. For 4 acres, with a finished house and all it only costs 50,000 dollars!!! That is with views and road and everything!!!!!!!!!!! Jim needs to look into building log homes here! The son of my Mama Tica sells land there. I have the hook up! tee hee.
